




Job Summary: A customer service professional responsible for greeting patients, providing information, and directing them to appropriate procedures, ensuring patient satisfaction. Customer support and guidance **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person and/or telephone service as required, guiding and referring patients to relevant departments and/or procedures according to internal criteria and defined quality standards, aiming to ensure patient satisfaction and supporting the department of assignment at that time.
