Identify and explore prospecting channels and approaches **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: We are seeking a Commercial Prospecting Intern interested in developing skills in commercial negotiations with clients and in designing sales strategies aligned with customer prospecting, aiming to develop a more scalable and modern commercial prospecting model. Support the sales team, customer prospecting, telephone customer service, sending catalogs via WhatsApp, order entry; Identify, test, and explore potential customer prospecting channels; Identify, test, and explore different customer prospecting approaches; Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs; organize and qualify the CRM; Monitor and test new customer follow-up processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Experience with outbound calls, such as telesales or general telemarketing. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Inbound Marketing, CRM, Excel and Google Sheets, SEO, SEM, Social Media, and sales techniques. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Work Schedule: 6 hours per day with flexible hours if necessary.
