We constantly pursue the “something extra,” stepping away from the ordinary and expected, so we can surprise our clients with innovative ideas. **Responsibilities and duties** **Financial assistant – Treasury activities** **Accounts Payable** * Enter payment data into SAP; * Perform appropriate settlements, discounts, and interest charges whenever necessary; * Request payment method from requesters in cases where such information is missing from the entry; * Generate payment vouchers and send them to Treasury. **RDV (Reimbursement of Business Expenses)** * Validate expenses, amounts, etc., in accordance with RDV policy; * Validate approvals according to the scheduled timeline; * Generate payment files and send them to Treasury twice per month; * Support audit requests by generating required reports in Mobilexpense. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Law; * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge preferred; * SAP knowledge (FI modules); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic understanding of financial routines. **Additional information** **Benefits offered:** Bradesco Health and Dental Insurance Icatu Life Insurance Meal or Food Allowance Transportation Allowance Education Incentive \- covering 50% of undergraduate, English, or postgraduate tuition fees, capped at R$ 500.00 per month TotalPass Golden Farma Stability Bonus based on tenure Performance Evaluation (Opportunities for Growth and Development) Mentorship Program Professional Registration Fee Coverage (CRC, OAB, or CRP) Corporate Device Birthday Off Birthday Off Gift Card At RSM, we believe great results begin with people.
