Attention: * Benefits apply specifically to Luziânia; in other regions, they may vary; * Eligibility for certain benefits depends on a minimum tenure with the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop engineering installation projects (floor plans, supplementary plans, sections, elevations, isometric perspectives, details, quantity take-offs, descriptive memoranda, inspection reports, material lists, “as-built” drawings, and spreadsheets) for healthcare facilities, complying with applicable standards, legislation, ABNT norms, NRs, and other relevant regulations; * Conduct surveys of low- and medium-complexity equipment and installations related to adaptations and improvements, perform piping calculations, demand calculations, and modify or correct drawings while developing studies and material specifications; * Size various installation projects—including hydraulic, sanitary, stormwater, electrical, lighting, data network, CCTV and alarm, air conditioning, exhaust, fire protection systems (hydrants, sprinklers, lightning protection, signage, extinguishers), structural elements, and others as required; * Prepare descriptive memoranda for developed projects; * Prepare projects for approval by regulatory agencies across various states and municipalities; * Develop engineering installation projects with quality, aiming to reduce costs and comply with standards within established deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in developing installation projects. * Minimum qualification: Technical degree in Building Construction or Electrical Engineering; Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering degrees are desirable. * Technical knowledge: Experience and proficiency in developing engineering installation projects; ability to read and interpret installation and architectural drawings; familiarity with project development software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.); * Microsoft Office suite. * Availability to work onsite on a 44-hour weekly schedule — Monday through Saturday; **Additional Information** **Documentation** Applicant, please note that from the moment you apply for this position, the following documents will be required upon selection and potential hiring: an identified and up-to-date vaccination card showing: two doses of the MMR vaccine, Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT) vaccine, Yellow Fever (YF) vaccine, three doses of Hepatitis B vaccine, and two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine; birth or marriage certificate; ID card (RG); CPF; voter registration card; work record book (Carteira de Trabalho); PIS number; proof of minimum educational qualification required for this position; proof of residence including ZIP code (CEP); military service certificate or enlistment certificate (for males over 18 years old); and any other position-specific documents. **Observations** * We carefully and thoughtfully review all candidate profiles.
