We operate with recurring revenue, hundreds of active law firms, and a lean product and technology team. **About the Position** The position involves collaborating with teams, participating in architecture decisions, continuous improvement, and serving as a technical reference for other team members. **What We Expect** **Profile** * Definitive resolution mindset * Product vision * Clear communication * Sense of priority * Experience with agile methodologies. **Responsibilities** * You will be part of a collaborative team, working in all stages of development, from backend to frontend, with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. * Develop and evolve web applications using Node.js on the backend and React on the frontend. * Act in system maintenance, performing bug analysis and correction, performance improvements, and evolutionary adjustments. * Create and maintain APIs and integrations with internal and external systems. * Write clean, testable, and easy-to-maintain code. * Ensure code quality with good versioning practices, automated tests, and PR reviews. * Integrate systems efficiently, with a focus on performance. * Act in diagnostics and corrections on both the backend and the frontend. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Solid experience with Python, SQL, and Messaging (RabbitMQ). * Knowledge of good development practices. * Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. * Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript. * Experience with code versioning (Git). * Knowledge of APIs and service integration. * Experience with automated tests. * Experience with Docker and cloud environments. * Experience with Kubernetes. **Differentials** * Experience with distributed systems and scalable architecture. * Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices. * Profile oriented towards continuous improvement and efficiency. **What We Offer** \- 100% remote work Payment: R$8\.000,00 \- R$12\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Internet allowance * Remote work Work location: Remote
