Job Summary: Experienced mainframe developer with expertise in agile projects, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills to support activities from refinement through implementation. Proficiency in essential mainframe technologies (Microfocus, COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL) Job Requirements: Mainframe developer with experience in agile projects Minimum of 4 years of experience Proactivity and agility to act as the 'owner' of user stories/activities from refinement through implementation Strong communication skills and experience with agile ceremonies Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and MS Teams Technical Skills (Required): * Microfocus * COBOL Enterprise * CICS * DB2 * JCL * IBM Changeman Technical Skills (Desirable): * IMS * Hexavision * ERwin / Data Modeling / Thesaurus * Experience in Agile and DevOps environments * Confluence and Jira tools * Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or another GenAI IDE Differentiators: * Knowledge of Bradesco's architecture and financial systems
