Quality Control Analyst

Description

We are looking for a **Junior Quality Control Analyst** to join our team, responsible for performing microbiological analyses on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, with a focus on process compliance and safe product release. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform microbiological analyses of culture media, raw materials, and finished products according to established methodologies and specifications; * Conduct growth promotion, sterility, productivity, selectivity, and performance testing of culture media; * Prepare, inoculate, and monitor microbial strains used in quality control routines; * Record analytical results in forms, spreadsheets, and quality management systems, ensuring traceability and data integrity; * Support routine laboratory activities, including material preparation, inventory control of consumables, and disposal of biological waste in accordance with current regulations; * Contribute to meeting analysis and batch release schedules, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or related fields; * Prior experience in a quality control laboratory, microbiological or physicochemical analyses, or general laboratory routines; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and/or Good Laboratory Practices (GLP); * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to maintain clear, organized, and detail-oriented technical records; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree
