It is a hospital and maternity with open access, featuring a 24-hour emergency department in gynecology and obstetrics. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop, plan, and implement protocols and guidelines for Emergency Care, managing the areas under their responsibility; defining work routines and systems; designing strategies to improve processes; managing the clinical staff; assessing the need to implement new work systems and reviewing existing ones. Regular and continuous, not occasional or intermittent, exposure to biological hazards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Medicine. Complete specialization in Emergency Medicine, Public Health, and Healthcare Management. Active registration with the relevant Medical Council. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Health Service Management. To achieve this, SPDM combines cutting-edge technology with high-quality medical care delivered by multidisciplinary teams composed of nurses, physical therapists, pharmacists, nutritionists, speech-language pathologists, clinical biochemists, psychologists, technologists, social workers, dentists, and others. **The Integrated Health Care Program** began operations in 2001 in the municipality of São Paulo and later expanded to other municipalities and states. Since its inception, **PAIS** has pursued, in partnership with public authorities, the expansion and consolidation of health services offered to SUS users.
