You will work as a Unit Consultant, ensuring excellent customer service, acquiring new clients, and driving in-person traffic to the unit.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Greet customers, clarify doubts, and guide them regarding preparation for procedures;
* Customer service: in-person, telephone, and via WhatsApp;
* Schedule sessions, verify and confirm procedure and evaluation schedules, as well as other matters requiring customer contact;
* Acquire new customers and register them in the system;
* Administrative tasks: completing and updating registration data, signing contracts, opening support tickets, receiving goods, tracking shipments, sending emails, etc.;
* Customer interactions: service delivery, negotiation, sending quotations, follow-ups, payment guidance, cancellations, unit transfers, etc.;
* Organize and maintain unit hygiene;
* Conduct sales and collect payments (online and/or in-person), in accordance with commercial policies;
* Conduct evaluations for new customers in the absence of the Unit Manager and/or Laser Specialist;
* Inform all customers about the NPS survey, encouraging feedback to continuously improve our relationship;
* Close the unit’s cash register, collect and deposit cash (if applicable);
* Open and/or close the unit, following security protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Completed High School education;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Experience in customer service and in-person/online sales;
* Availability to work on weekends according to rotating schedule.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$1.940,00 per month
