We are seeking a Community Analyst and Digital Support Specialist to join the Silhouette Experts team — an infoproduct company focused on product launches, specializing in helping people learn how to use craft machines. Please review the responsibilities, requirements, and job details below, then submit your application! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Track students' learning journey (from onboarding to course completion) * Update and organize spreadsheets and cohorts * Moderate communities (Facebook and Hotmart) and interact with students * Support live sessions and events (greeting, technical assistance, and demand collection) * Manage content (uploading, reviewing, and organizing on Hotmart) * Respond to emails and student requests, including cancellations and refunds * Create and configure cohorts, links, and access (Zoom and Hotmart) * Organize bonuses, communications, and renewal deadlines * Block access for non-paying users * Support and monitor brand ambassadors **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency with Hotmart, Zoom, and Facebook (communities and groups) * Prior experience in customer service or client relationship management * Experience managing communities or digital products (preferred) * Comfort using digital platforms * Organizational skills * Strong communication skills * Proactivity * Sense of responsibility regarding deadlines and customers **Additional Information** * 100% remote work * Contract type: PJ We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
