Employment Opportunity: Restaurant Commercial Attendant **Work Location:** Santana – North Zone **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from **08:00 to 17:00** (1-hour break and 2 meals provided at the workplace) **About the Position:** We are looking for a dedicated and proactive professional to join our team as a **Commercial Attendant**. If you enjoy interacting with customers, are passionate about service, and seek a dynamic work environment in the food industry, this is your chance! **What We Look for in You:** * **Focus and Attention:** It is essential to be **highly focused and attentive** to ensure order accuracy and service excellence. * **Customer Service Skills:** We seek someone who **genuinely enjoys serving customers**, both **remotely** (phone, messages, apps) and **in person**. * **Knowledge of iFood and experience with WhatsApp:** **Prior experience or knowledge of operating and managing orders on the iFood platform, and prior experience handling customer service via WhatsApp**, is **mandatory**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service through various channels (phone, WhatsApp, in-person, and delivery apps). * Manage and pack/process orders swiftly and accurately, especially using iFood and 99Food order slips for dispatch via motorcycle couriers. * Ensure customer satisfaction by offering support and information about the menu and promotions, as well as updates on delivery route status. * Maintain organization and quality standards throughout the service process. * Manage the service counter, update menus on our platforms, and handle in-person customer and motorcycle courier service. * Perform kitchen duties, beverage restocking, item counting (inventory), monitoring product expiration dates for resale, and assist in supply management; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in customer service (in-person and/or remote). * **Knowledge of and familiarity with the iFood platform and WhatsApp.** **We Offer:** * Starting salary of R$ 1.800,00, adjusted after the probationary period; * Benefits: Transportation Allowance, Amil Dental Plan, Health Insurance, and Meals provided at the workplace * A collaborative and challenging work environment.
