Serve customers in stores with excellence, quality, and efficiency; Identify customers' consumption profiles to appropriately sell Claro's portfolio of products and services according to each identified profile; Manage routine fiscal and financial documents arising from payment transactions; Prerequisites: Completed high school education Sales experience preferred; Customer service experience is a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level) Logical reasoning Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: * Base Salary: R$ 1.748,20 to R$ 2.675,45 (progressive, based on tenure); * Commissions (Variable Compensation); * 13th-month salary; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) of up to 3.6 monthly salaries per year.
