Do you have experience in customer service, passion for sales, and desire to grow within a company that values innovation, people, and results? We are seeking professionals to work as sales representatives in Claro authorized stores, offering comprehensive telecommunications solutions. Here, your role will be to delight customers through excellent service and results-oriented approach. What will be your responsibilities? - Provide in-store customer service with excellence, agility, and friendliness; - Identify each customer's consumption profile and offer suitable Claro products and services; - Perform administrative and fiscal routines related to sales and transactions (payments, documents, etc). Requirements: High school diploma completed; Sales experience in retail, telecommunications, or similar fields is desirable; Customer service experience is considered a plus; Strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and energy for sales; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
