The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, knowledge of aesthetic products and treatments, and a strong results orientation. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive excellent service and feel valued. **Responsibilities:** WhatsApp and Social Media Sales: Attend to customers interested in our treatments and procedures via online channels such as WhatsApp and social media, providing detailed information and clarifying questions to promote scheduling of consultations, assessments, and procedures. Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional service by demonstrating empathy, courtesy, and professionalism at all times. Warmly welcome patients and assist them throughout their entire stay at the clinic, creating a positive experience. Provide personalized consultation based on customers’ needs and goals. Stay updated on the clinic’s products and treatments. Contribute to the organization and maintenance of the reception area and the clinic. Work results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. Promote commercial partnerships and promotional events **Requirements:** \- Prior sales experience, preferably in aesthetic clinics, beauty, or related fields. \- Knowledge of aesthetic products and treatments is a plus. \- Excellent communication and customer service skills. \- Proactivity and ability to work in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment. \- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary. \- Completed high school; technical or higher education courses in aesthetics are a plus.
