OPERATIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Salary: R$ 2.065,50 + On-site Meal Allowance + Commuter Bus + Basic Food Basket R$ 174,10 + Bonus of R$ 110.00 if no justified or unjustified absences + Medical Plan. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Work Location: Itapevi – SP Requirements: Must possess a valid occupational medical certificate and use appropriate PPE for access and handling in these areas; NR 35 (Working at Heights) certification is desirable. If the candidate does not hold it, the company will provide training; Experience in material counting at elevated levels, using aerial work platforms; Responsibilities: Organizing physical and digital files, typing documents, and updating control spreadsheets; Supporting supervisors and managers in report closing, requesting quotations, and scheduling meetings; Receiving customers and suppliers, answering phone calls, and ensuring proper information flow among departments; Inspecting, receiving, and storing materials; managing inventory; and picking orders for dispatch; Assisting with accounts payable and receivable routines, as well as issuing invoices; Performing stock counts and audits in the Healthcare segment; Working in air-conditioned areas (15°C to 25°C) and cold rooms (−2°C to −8°C and −20°C); Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Basic food basket * Medical assistance
