Support for commercial management Description: Responsible for attracting customers and/or prospects by presenting TOTVS solutions to foster new business opportunities within the assigned customer base/segment. Responsibilities and Duties * Remote, telephone, and in-person support for internal customers; * Assist in clarifying questions or escalate them to the responsible party; * Guide users on departmental processes and procedures using communication tools (emails, phones, etc.); * Work with the company's CRM; * Prepare commercial proposals based on guidelines entered into the CRM by Sales Executives; * Create commercial proposals received via the department's email; * Track the status of commercial proposals to forward them to the next stage; * Update proposal tracking according to the current stage; * Open and track tickets (internal requests) on various topics; * Register new CNPJs; * Support commercial management. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree (preferred); * Strong adaptability to repetitive and systematic tasks; * Focus and concentration to perform tasks attentively; * Prior experience in internal customer service and relationship management; * Basic knowledge of Excel and Google tools (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.). 2511120202181861793
