




Job Summary: Professional responsible for organizing, assisting with, and recording accounting and financial documents, serving clients and managing registrations, with a focus on administrative and accounting management. Recording financial transactions and bank reconciliation Main Responsibilities: \- Organize and archive accounting and tax documents (invoices, receipts, contracts, etc.) \- Serve clients and suppliers in person or via phone/email \- Assist with meeting scheduling and deadline tracking (e.g., tax obligations) \- Type and review spreadsheets, reports, and accounting documents \- Schedule payments for fees, bank slips, etc. \- Record financial transactions (accounts payable and receivable) \- Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring \- Issue bank slips, invoices, and basic financial reports \- Prepare documents for audits and inspections \- Manage client and supplier registrations in the accounting system \- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and management systems (TOTVS Protheus preferred) \- Experience with internet banking and tax platforms (e.g., Sefaz, Receita Federal) Education and Requirements: \- Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Remote work * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
