Your journey can begin here! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform administrative support services, carrying out multifunctional activities and monitoring area processes to ensure completion of their stages, contracts, and projects; Perform calculations, data entries, registrations, and other operations in computerized systems; Serve internal and external stakeholders by providing and receiving area-related information; Carry out routine administrative tasks and assist in organizing documents; Prepare statistical reports, control spreadsheets, official letters, and internal communications; Perform office clerical tasks, including managing schedules, correspondence, and e\-mails; Handle various documents, performing verifications, identifying irregularities, and following established procedures; Archive, unarchive, digitize, and organize various documents; Verify invoices, payment bills, and bank slips; Support the preparation of technical manuals and administrative materials; Monitor and replenish office supplies; Ensure the integrity, preservation, and organization of the department and its work materials; Work in compliance with good practices, standards, and biosafety procedures; Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Working Hours:** 40-hour weekly schedule from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. **Work Location:** xxxxxxx . **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Intermediate computer skills (Excel and Office suite).
