Focus on loss prevention and continuous improvement **Key Responsibilities** * **Team Management:** Coordinate department staff, prepare work schedules (e.g., 6x1\), conduct training sessions, monitor daily performance, and motivate the team to achieve targets. * **Inventory and Stock Control:** Supervise goods receipt, storage, and verification. Monitor physical and system-based inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking. * **Store Operations (POS):** Ensure gondola organization, cleanliness, and restocking. Guarantee accurate pricing, promotions, and planogram implementation. * **Loss Prevention:** Monitor product expiration dates, remove damaged or expired items from display, and strictly enforce the PVPS rule. * **Customer Service:** Guide the team to deliver prompt and courteous service, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints on the sales floor. * **KPIs:** Analyze sales reports, profit margins, stockouts, and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
