Senior Systems Analyst \| Remote **Salary: Confidential** The amount will be disclosed to candidates who advance in the selection process. Key Responsibilities * Lead War Rooms during critical incidents, executing containment actions and maintaining communication with clients and management; * Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify suspicious behaviors and TTPs that did not trigger alerts; * Serve as the primary technical reference for strategic clients, proposing customized security solutions and strategies; * Develop complex use cases (Use Cases) and integrate new log sources into the SIEM to enhance visibility across monitored environments; * Handle internal service requests via the Service Desk tool; * Review critical incident reports and technical procedures produced by the team to ensure delivery quality; * Support the technical development of mid-level and junior analysts by sharing knowledge and best practices; * Perform critical alert analysis and present security improvement recommendations during periodic client meetings. Requirements * Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of Information Security and tools such as SIEM, Firewalls, and EDR; * Proficiency in Incident Response, Digital Forensics, and Malware Analysis; * Knowledge of Cloud, On\-Premise, and hybrid security architectures; * Ability to negotiate and manage critical situations. Preferred Qualifications * Certifications such as **GCIH, CySA\+, CASP**, or equivalent; * Intermediate level English and/or Spanish.
