The **Engineering** team of the **Publisher** squad needs someone — and we want you on board! **Your mission?** Serve as a technical reference in evolving a strategic platform, ensuring its quality, scalability, and operational reliability. **Your day-to-day at Skeelo will look like this:** * Develop and enhance features using Node.js, TypeScript, and React, working across both backend and frontend, and supporting app improvements when needed. * Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient integrations, code quality, and an excellent user experience. * Support platform operations by performing troubleshooting, deployments, monitoring, and assisting incident resolution in production. * Collaborate on technical decisions, code reviews, and refinement sessions, contributing to architecture, infrastructure, and application quality evolution. * Work closely with Product, Design, Mobile, and other teams to transform business needs into scalable solutions — leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and efficiency. **To succeed, you’ll need:** * Full-stack development experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React. * Experience building and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs, plus knowledge of componentization, state management, and responsive interfaces. * Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. * Proficiency in Git version control, software engineering best practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience monitoring and troubleshooting production applications, along with strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams. **It would be great if you also had:** * Experience with Next.js, Fastify, Docker, and Kubernetes. * Knowledge of messaging systems, event-driven architecture, Redis, and caching mechanisms. * Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Kibana, Sentry, or similar. * Familiarity with ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, BFFs, and Server-Driven UI. * Frontend testing experience using React Testing Library, Jest, Cypress, or Playwright. * Experience using AI tools in software development, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar. **And the benefits?
