To achieve this, we rely on a dedicated team that works daily to strengthen relationships between businesses and consumers. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide customer service to consumers via telephone, e\-mail, and other communication channels. * Receive, analyze, and route requests to the responsible departments when necessary. * Monitor and manage social media interactions, ensuring prompt and high\-quality service. * Handle resolution and recovery of critical cases, always prioritizing the best consumer experience. * Understand operational workflows and processes, identifying improvement opportunities and reporting relevant information to management. * Accurately record all service interactions and track requests to completion. **Requirements** We seek individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, are empathetic and welcoming, and can easily handle diverse situations.
