Responsibilities * Assist with public customer service; * Support promotion of services and prospecting of new customers; * Conduct telephone contact with customers; * Maintain control spreadsheets and reports; * Assist with administrative routines in the commercial and after-sales departments; * Provide support for other activities related to the role. Requirements * Currently enrolled in **Administration**, **Online Administration (EAD)**, or **Human Resources**; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Interest in working in commercial and customer service areas.
