Manufacturer of rubber flooring and acoustic blankets seeks a Human Resources Analyst in São Paulo.

**Responsibilities:**
Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Assist in organizing basic introductory training sessions and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees. Provide support to employees and managers. Conduct exit interviews (in-person and remotely). Manage Experience Evaluation processes. Strengthen a feedback-oriented culture. Support the organization of events such as monthly birthday celebrations, internal office gatherings, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, and others. Be responsible for internal marketing and internal communication initiatives. Support the drafting and revision of internal manuals, policies, and procedures. Contribute to organizational climate initiatives, cultural transformation, and employee engagement. Update departmental controls, indicators, and reports. Monitor turnover and absenteeism, and propose improvement actions as well as attraction and retention strategies. Provide support for other HR and People & Management department requirements. Support Personnel Department routines, including time tracking control, assembling and managing physical and network-based personnel files, hiring, terminations, vacations, and benefits—working in parallel with an external accounting firm and jointly with our Personnel Department team in Extrema remotely, serving as a critical and essential support for the São Paulo branch. Role challenge for proactive candidates: Implement performance evaluation processes and DHO (Human Development and Organization) initiatives from scratch, in collaboration with immediate management.
Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Talent Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
Bachelor’s degree required. Relevant experience required.

* Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 18:00. Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
