This excellence standard is precisely what we aim to reinforce by welcoming a new freelance Headhunter to our team. **About the Position** MP4 Organizational Consulting seeks a freelance Headhunter to conduct recruitment and selection processes for middle management and executive positions, serving clients across diverse industries. **Responsibilities** End-to-end headhunting process management, including market mapping, candidate sourcing and direct outreach, interviews and technical/behavioral assessments, candidate report preparation, offer negotiation, and candidate follow-up through to hiring completion. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Headhunter at consulting firms specializing in middle management and executive positions. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools (mandatory). Fluent English is desirable. Familiarity with AI-powered tools is desirable. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and autonomy for remote work.
