This professional will be responsible for the precise assembly of electromechanical components, including cable trays, conduits, fittings, cables, and electrical equipment. Working on the front line, the Electromechanical Assembler will ensure the effectiveness and reliability of assemblies, where precision and technical knowledge are essential. If you seek an opportunity to grow and make a difference in challenging projects, **we want to meet you!** **Responsibilities and duties** **These will be your responsibilities:** * Operate specialized tools in the electromechanical assembly field, ensuring safe and efficient usage; * Perform assembly and disassembly of cable trays, ladder racks (cable tray systems), conduits, and other required electromechanical materials; * Identify and route electrical cables as needed; * Carry out electromechanical grounding and lightning protection system (SPDA) assembly activities, strictly adhering to technical specifications; * Collaborate with other team members to achieve production and quality goals; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization; * Analyze measurements, perform simple calculations, and sketch mechanical drawings and routing diagrams. **Requirements and qualifications** **You must have:** * Completed elementary education; * Minimum 2 years of proven experience in this role (as documented in employment record book), preferably in industrial environments; * Knowledge of reading technical drawings and electrical schematics; * Knowledge of reading mechanical drawings for installation of conduits, cable trays, cables, and routing; * Proficiency in using and handling area-specific tools; * Availability for travel within Brazil and abroad; * Willingness to work overtime when necessary; **Additionally, you will stand out if you have:** * Completed high school education. **Additional information** **Benefits:** * **Residents of Montes Claros de Goiás, GO:** We provide transportation pickup points in the city to reach the worksite, plus lunch; * **Residents of other cities:** We cover accommodation, meals, and transportation expenses, and grant leave days for returning home during pre-established periods, in accordance with our internal policies and prior alignment; * **Overtime:** Overtime hours worked beyond regular working hours will be compensated as follows: 60% premium from Monday to Saturday, and 100% premium on Sundays and holidays; * **Monthly bonus of BRL 200.00:** Employees forfeit the bonus if they have more than one absence (excused or unexcused), fail the breathalyzer test, or violate safety rules. **Work location and schedule:** Working hours are Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; and Fridays, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
