Senior Java Backend Developer

FCamara is looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to work in partnership with the largest investment bank in Latin America, specialized in investment capital, venture capital, as well as wealth and global asset management. **Responsibilities and attributes** * Model cloud software architectures; * Plan and execute technology migrations for production applications; * Have knowledge of the technologies used by the team; * Have the ability to measure efforts and define implementation deadlines; * Know how to handle deadline pressure; * Solve problems that arise during projects; * Ability to manage conflicts and expectations; * Proactivity. **Requirements and qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Solid experience in Java; * Solid experience in Spring, especially Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring MVC; * Knowledge of streaming and messaging solutions (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, SNS); * Experience with Cloud architecture, especially AWS; * Solid knowledge of multi-processing practices with Java, such as: Multi-threading, Parallelism, Concurrency, Container Scaling with their respective load distributions, etc.; * Mastery of relational and non-relational databases; * Strong understanding and application of code quality (SOLID / Clean Code); * Familiarity and experience with design patterns; **Desirable:** * Knowledge of the Financial Market; * Experience with CI/CD management and deployment. **Soft Skills:** * Logical reasoning and analytical capacity; * Good Communication; * Team spirit and conflict resolution skills; * Ability to communicate with various stakeholder profiles; * Ability to work in agile and multidisciplinary teams; * Creativity and Proactivity to imagine different usage scenarios for the applications; * Organization. **Here we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, providing transformative experiences.
