One customer, one family, one community at a time. **ABOUT THIS ROLE** We are seeking a dynamic Data Systems Engineer Contract position to join our Data Science, Infrastructure \& Governance (DIG) team. You will be an integral part of the team, providing Data Systems support that will drive both Ria and Xe’s data strategy. Your contributions can be appreciated by millions of people around the world; therefore, we are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to impact a large customer audience. You will be supporting an **enterprise\-grade events\-based Martech stack** and be responsible for communicating and gathering data requirements from business stakeholders for new and existing products. You will also help define data elements, data rules, processes, policies, and guidelines across the business. You will be a **champion** within the business to raise awareness, support, and mandate of the Governance model. **ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIES*** Analyze and organize raw data across Ria \& XE’s Martech stack * Build and maintain data systems and data pipelines * Collaborate with **business stakeholders, data vendors and technology teams** * Optimize Martech services for security, cost and performance * Ability to **adapt quickly** and develop in\-depth technical understanding of **new applications and complex technologies** * A strong interest in data and the insights it can provide to better serve our customers * Understand of **business goals** and how data policies can affect them * Maintain the integrity of data elements through the full **data lifecycle** **POSITION REQUIREMENTS*** Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline * Working knowledge of **cloud architecture and database systems** (SQL) is an asset * **Business acumen** – understand key challenges facing our business and partner with key stakeholders to solve issues * **Analytical skills** – identify, measure and impact the important metrics needed to manage and monitor data quality ; able to simplify complex content * **Attention to detail** – appropriately check all work for errors and not let important details slip when it comes to data and its accuracy * **Creative problem solving** – able to use creativity and curiosity as tools to pick apart problems, producing solutions which are relevant and realistic * **Efficiency** – be able to quickly iterate on data generation and refinement; look for ways to improve processes to maximize efficiency and remove redundancy * **Proactivity** – act without being told what to do at each step; generate ideas and processes to drive the business and team forward * Experience with **event\-based infrastructure and data lakes** * Strong communication and collaboration skills * A strong understanding of the concepts associated with **data privacy, security, and governance.** **PERKS \& BENEFITS*** Medical \& Dental Coverage (Co\-payment model) * Life Insurance Policy * Daily Food Allowance: R$ 48/day * Commuter Subsidy (only for those who go to the office) * Corporate Phone * Work From Home (WFH) * Language Learning Support * Fitness \& Wellness Subsidy (Wellhub/Gympass) Ria Money Transfer is an **Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
