Therefore, please review below the profile we seek: **Who this position is for:** * Someone who is organized; * Someone who is proactive and unafraid of challenges; * Someone who pays attention to detail; * Someone who values teamwork and collaboration; * Someone who adapts easily and is constantly seeking innovation. **What we expect from your profile:** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Preferred: basic knowledge of AutoCAD or 2D/3D modeling. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Operating CNC thermal cutting machines (Laser and/or Plasma), including loading and unloading sheets; * Performing full machine setup: nozzle replacement, focus adjustment, height calibration, and gas selection according to material type and thickness; * Monitoring the cutting process, identifying and correcting issues such as loss of cut, excessive burr, or beam/plasma arc instability; * Interpreting production orders and nesting maps to ensure maximum raw material utilization; * Conducting dimensional inspection of parts using measuring instruments; * Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment (lenses, nozzles, consumables, and table organization); * Recording material consumption and production times in the ERP system. **About this position:** * CLT employment contract; * 44-hour weekly work schedule; * On-site work; * Transportation Allowance (if opted for); * Meal Voucher and Flexible Benefit (Caju); * Gympass; * Conexa Saúde; * Psicologia Viva; * Birthday Day Off; * A healthy, collaborative environment with abundant opportunities for learning.
