Conduct product demonstrations for the company via videoconferences, phone calls, and messaging, and occasionally through in-person visits; analyze the customer's potential profile, diagnose their business needs and opportunities, develop commercial proposals, initiate negotiations, and follow up with customers throughout the negotiation process until final resolution; close sales, ensuring all negotiation specifics are properly addressed and documented in the formal sales order, in accordance with the company's internal processes. Prepare reports containing KPIs related to the sales process, measure productivity and improvement potential, and develop action plans.
