Register and submit your resume! **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Supervise the reception, stretcher-bearer, and doorman teams to ensure service quality and efficiency. * Manage patient admission, inpatient, transfer, and discharge processes. * Ensure effective communication among patients, family members, and the healthcare team. * Promote patient reception at the facility. * Monitor patient attendance flow and follow-up visits from the emergency department. * Identify and resolve issues and complaints raised by patients and their families. * Monitor authorization protocols and workflows with the health insurance provider. * Train and develop the attendance team, promoting continuous improvement. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure service integration and coordination. * Monitor performance indicators and implement immediate actions to improve service quality. Minimum Educational Qualification: Undergraduate Degree
