If yes, this is your opportunity! **As a Production Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:** * Performing auxiliary production tasks, supporting all company manufacturing areas to meet production targets according to technical, cost, schedule, and quality standards; * Providing operational support to the shipping department whenever required; * Performing tasks such as sanding, cleaning, protection, and packaging of parts, among others; * Documenting activities including completion of production control records and time reporting; * Participating in specialized machine operation training, product knowledge training, and safety training programs; * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, and preserving equipment, accessories, fixtures, and tools; * Performing other related and inherent duties as directed or requested by your immediate supervisor. **We expect the following qualifications:** * Completed elementary education; * Vocational or technical training courses — preferred. **We seek candidates with the following technical skills:** * Prior experience as a production assistant — preferred; * Familiarity with regulations, procedures, and work instructions — preferred.
