We are seeking a Product Manager for Neon’s Cards squad. The main challenge is to lead the evolution of the card usage journey, balancing the technical robustness of the payments infrastructure with an experimentation culture focused on optimizing customer experience and TPV.
### **Responsibilities**
* Operate at the intersection of technical rigor — focused on authorization management, mandates, and digital wallets — and product hypothesis validation to improve conversion and engagement.
* Scope spans from the first transaction through to recurring daily usage, requiring strong coordination with Credit and Billing squads to ensure flow resilience and technical compliance with card networks.
* Conduct performance diagnostics independently using data, and act swiftly to implement improvements that reduce friction at checkout and increase authorization rates.
### **Requirements**
* **Payments Experience:** Solid knowledge of card infrastructure (issuance, processing, and authorization).
* **Hybrid Profile:** Balance between technical depth and business acumen (with focus on engagement).
* **Data-Driven:** Full autonomy in data analysis to perform agile performance diagnostics and identify transaction bottlenecks.
* **Hands-On Attitude:** Comfortable executing technical tasks while simultaneously defining roadmap strategy.
* **Stakeholder Management:** Strong communication skills to align dependencies across multiple squads and external partners (authorizers/card networks).
**If you join Neon, it’s important that you:** * Adaptability to handle diverse scenarios and challenges in a dynamic environment
* Results orientation, with ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives
* Autonomy and collaboration to work productively in a remote model
**And what will you find here?** * A truly remote work model, with team gatherings every 3 months in São Paulo. Also includes a home office setup allowance and coworking space partnerships;
* iFood Benefits Card — customize your package with meal vouchers, food allowances, and mobility benefits;
* Gympass, offering access to gyms and online classes;
* Parental support including daycare or babysitter assistance and extended parental leave;
* Medical and dental insurance;
* Open English: discounted English course packages exclusively for Neowners and dependents;
* Discounts on MBAs and specializations at USP ESALQ.
