We transform our **love for animals into personalized care**, making medication administration appealing to pets, easy for pet owners, and supportive of treatments prescribed by veterinarians. **Job Responsibilities:** Responsible for ensuring the technical, legal, and ethical compliance of all activities conducted at the compounding pharmacy, guaranteeing the quality, safety, and efficacy of compounded products, as well as supervising the technical team, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations, and serving as the liaison with regulatory agencies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Pharmacy (Active CRF Registration)**; * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in the field; * Knowledge of Good Compounding Practices and current legislation; * Team management skills; * Assertive communication; * Experience with **initial verification of magistral prescriptions is a plus**; * Love for animals. **Additional Job Information:** Working Hours: Mon–Fri \- 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM / Alternate Saturdays \- 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
