Route optimization and fleet control **Position**: TRANSPORTATION OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR **Location**: Estrada da Pedreira, 112 – Potuvera, Itapecerica da Serra/SP – 06882\-700 **Schedule**: Monday to Saturday \- 8:00 PM to 3:40 AM \+ 20% night shift allowance **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily transportation operations, focusing on efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery; * Directly lead operational teams, including drivers and assistants, ensuring alignment with company objectives; * Manage work schedules, working hours, and team performance, monitoring attendance, productivity, and conduct; * Monitor operational indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements; * Ensure efficient fleet utilization by optimizing routes and managing available vehicles; * Resolve operational issues and support field teams; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, labor legislation, and internal policies; * Collaborate with other departments (Maintenance, Logistics, Traffic) to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service. * Identify and implement continuous process improvements in maintenance using new technologies and methodologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience supervising transportation or logistics operations; * Experience directly leading drivers and assistants; * Solid knowledge of operational KPI control, shift scheduling, transportation documentation, and applicable legislation (e.g., ANTT and working hour regulations); * Proactive, organized profile with strong decision-making and conflict management skills; **Benefits:** * Fuel allowance or transportation allowance; * On-site meal; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Food basket (after probation period); * Health plan (after probation period); * Dental plan (after probation period); Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
