Shift control and monitoring Align vehicle demand with the control room and schedule drivers; provide customer support; provide driver support (in-person/WhatsApp); continuously update spreadsheets with appropriate updates and report to customers; generate reports to update departmental KPIs; issue CT-e/Manifests; monitor driver absenteeism; monitor and control working hours.
