Your contribution will be essential to our team’s success! **The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:** * Identify and prospect new clients, expanding the base of business opportunities. * Present our products and services clearly and attractively to potential clients. * Maintain a solid and positive relationship with existing clients, continually seeking new sales opportunities. * Draft and send commercial proposals, letters of consent, contracts, and addenda. * Provide personalized customer service, clarifying product-related questions and guiding clients through the purchasing process. * Prepare quotations, finalize sales transactions, and follow up on post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction. * Contribute to customer acquisition and retention, always aiming to increase loyalty. * Complete and keep sales reports and spreadsheets updated, ensuring accurate tracking of goals and results. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in sales, especially in the B2B segment. * Experience in customer service, providing solutions and support throughout the purchasing process. * Knowledge of internal and external communication content production and development. * Negotiation and persuasion skills. * Excellent communication and ability to build trustworthy client relationships. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 17.30 per workday * Food basket — awarded based on attendance * Transportation allowance * Pharmacy benefit plan after probation period * Medical clinic benefit plan after probation period * Dental benefit plan after probation period **Salary:** R$ 2.100,00 per month **Who are we?** **Flavored Popcorn** was founded in 1994 with the goal of revolutionizing the popcorn market.
