Familiarity with safety regulations and quality management systems **Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise transportation operations and fleet utilization. * Organize driver schedules and working hours in accordance with Law No. 13\.103/2015\. * Monitor vehicle tracking, trips, and communication with drivers. * Conduct team training and capacity-building programs. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational best practices. * Track performance indicators and propose improvements. * Support management in strategic planning and cost management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in the transportation sector (mandatory). * Knowledge of fleet management and preventive/corrective maintenance. * Experience in team coordination and operational performance indicators. * Familiarity with safety regulations and quality management systems. **Desirable** * Experience in continuous improvement projects. * Knowledge of tracking systems and TMS.
