We take pride in being part of people's lives—individuals who embark daily on a journey toward the future with us, sharing their stories, dreams, and achievements.
Our mission is to provide the fastest, most efficient, and safest transportation for our customers, **while honoring our commitment to environmental sustainability**, always mindful of the well-being of future generations.
**We are recognized for operating the country's most modern trolleybus system and utilizing state-of-the-art low-environmental-impact vehicles**, as well as technologies that make a real difference in sustainability. Our fleet comprises trolleybuses, hybrid buses, and Dual Buses (electric-hybrid + trolleybus), emitting zero or low levels of atmospheric pollutants.
We operate the ABD Corridor — the São Mateus–Jabaquara Metropolitan Corridor — and its extension from Diadema to Brooklin, totaling 90 km (round trip) of dedicated corridor infrastructure, connecting the South and East zones of São Paulo and passing through the cities of Mauá, Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo, and Diadema.
With nine metropolitan terminals and 153 stops along the corridor, our responsibilities also include full maintenance of vehicles, corridors, overhead wiring, flower beds, trees, and route signage.
Our vehicles travel approximately 1.1 million kilometers monthly and perform an average of 76,000 trips per month on the ABD Corridor—equivalent to over 42,000 km per day, slightly more than one full circumnavigation of the Earth!
To accomplish this massive task, 24 hours a day, every day of the year, we rely on a dedicated and tenacious team of 1,200 employees—including drivers, public orientation advisors, ticket agents, cleaning staff, inspectors, administrators, gardeners, and vehicle, building, and signaling equipment maintenance teams.
In 2023, our customers rated us with an **83.3% approval rate (excellent/good)** in the IQC — Customer Satisfaction Quality Index, conducted by EMTU.
We are certified by Bureau Veritas S.A., an international certification body, for Quality Management (ISO 9001:2015\) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001:2015\).
We implement sustainability initiatives that directly contribute to the preservation of natural resources, committing ourselves to a better life for all—and thus qualifying us as "The Green Corridor."
Through the participation of employees and volunteers, we have already planted over 11,400 native tree saplings, increasing green areas along the 66 km (round trip) length of the ABD Metropolitan Corridor, thereby enhancing CO² sequestration and mitigating global warming effects.
We implemented the ETE — Effluent Treatment Station (reclaimed water) — to prevent waste: all water used in fleet washing is treated and reused. Since 2009, we have treated and reused over 157 million liters of water—equivalent to more than 63 Olympic-sized swimming pools.
Other initiatives include selective waste collection, reverse logistics for batteries, tire recycling, composting of green waste from ABD Corridor gardens, recycling of ABD Corridor pavement materials, and replacement of disposable cups with reusable mugs.
