Job Summary: Assist drivers in route planning, perform deliveries, verify products and invoices, and maintain courtesy with customers and team members. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain courtesy in customer service and team relationships **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist drivers in route planning and customer communication * Clean and sanitize the truck * Verify products at the time of delivery * Ensure signatures on delivery manifests and delivery receipts * Perform merchandise deliveries together with drivers * Verify invoice data upon delivery to minimize errors * Assist in unloading activities when necessary * Keep the workplace clean and organized * Be available for travel when required * Maintain courtesy in customer service and team relationships **Work Location: Espírito Santo or Southern Bahia** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in freight forwarding and delivery services; * Availability for travel.
