Maintain store cleanliness and organization **JOB DESCRIPTION:** * Serve and guide customers in a friendly and efficient manner regarding the ice cream parlor's products. * Offer tastings of various flavors to provide an enjoyable consumption experience, ensuring service quality, product quality, and above all, customer satisfaction. * Promote product sales, answer questions, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure customers are highly satisfied. * Introduce and engage customers with loyalty programs and NPS initiatives. * Maintain store cleanliness and organization. **JOB DETAILS:** * **Schedule: Monday to Sunday and holidays, 10:30–18:42 (1-hour break)** * Rotating 5x2 schedule * Weekly workload: 36 hours * **Benefits:** * Meal voucher (VR) of R$ 35.38 per day * Health insurance with co-payment (SAUDE DA GENTE) * Uniform maintenance allowance (R$ 86.25/month) * Banked hours * Partnerships with educational institutions.
