In this role, you will be on the front line, directly serving our customers with full dedication and commitment. Your mission will be to understand their needs, advise them on our products, prices, and promotions, and execute sales with excellence. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Advising customers on products, prices, and promotions while seeking to understand their needs; * Executing sales and recording transactions in the system; * Keeping the counter and shelves organized and well-stocked; * Monitoring product expiration dates and storage conditions; * Assisting with cashier duties when needed; * Contributing to general workplace cleanliness and organization; * Following internal procedures and meeting customer service and sales targets; * Collecting customer information for registrations, quotations, or post-sale follow-up. Requirements: To stand out in this opportunity, you must have: * Completed high school; * Prior experience as a counter clerk, customer service representative, or salesperson; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Friendliness, patience, and attentiveness to customers; * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow routines; * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled; * Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge (a plus). Additionally, the following soft skills are essential: persistence, commitment, organization, proactivity, and results orientation. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM–10:00 PM; Sunday: 1:00 PM–8:00 PM (rotating shifts) Benefits We offer a monthly salary of R$1.804,00, R$34.00 food allowance for Saturdays, and transportation vouchers (if opted for).
