Professional development opportunities We are seeking a **Concierge Assistant** to work in **Barra da Tijuca**, joining the **Vigban** team! This professional will play a vital role in access control and supporting asset security, ensuring organization, proper guidance, and excellent service for residents, visitors, and service providers. **Work Location:** Barra da Tijuca **Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off — 7:00 AM to 3:48 PM (Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM) **Salary:** R$ 1.741,24 **Benefits:** Meal Voucher + Transportation Voucher / Food Voucher (R$ 25.00 per working day) **Responsibilities:** The Concierge Assistant will be responsible for receiving and guiding residents, visitors, guests, customers, and service providers; identifying and controlling access for people and vehicles. They must observe suspicious movements and behaviors, safeguard company assets, accompany visitors when necessary, and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and the incident logbook. They will also receive goods, packages, and correspondence; operate radios, intercoms, and telephone systems; and contact security or competent authorities in exceptional situations. When available at the post, they may monitor via CCTV. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Prior experience in this role or similar activities is desirable.
