This position requires strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple simultaneous customer interactions. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide customer support via LiveChat, ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and courtesy * Address customer inquiries, requests, and general guidance * Accurately and thoroughly log all interactions in the system * Identify and route issues to the responsible departments when necessary * Comply with procedures, internal policies, and quality standards * Proactively reduce recurrence of customer questions and issues * Maintain professional, empathetic, and concise communication * Support non-standard schedules (rotating shifts and night shift), as applicable per opening ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in customer support (chat, customer service centers, call centers, or similar) * Proficient typing skills and basic computer literacy * Ability to manage multiple concurrent chats * Clear, concise, and grammatically correct written communication * Availability to work on a 6 days on, 1 day off schedule * For on-site positions: availability to work in Itajaí – SC ### **Behavioral Requirements** * Communicative, empathetic, and patient profile * Organized with strong attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets * Responsibility and commitment to scheduled hours and work rotations * Adaptability to various shifts and operational demands * Professional and ethical conduct during customer interactions ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with LiveChat support * Experience in high-volume customer support environments * Familiarity with digital customer support platforms * Experience working night shifts or non-standard schedules ### **What the company offers** * CLT employment contract * Fixed salary of **R$ 2\.500,00** * Dynamic and well-structured work environment * Initial training and mentoring * Opportunities for professional development ### **Ideal Candidate Profile** A proactive, communicative professional focused on delivering a positive customer experience, capable of managing multiple interactions while maintaining quality even in high-demand environments.
