If you are detail-oriented, organized, responsible, possess logical reasoning skills, and have strong communication abilities, this opportunity is for you! **Key responsibilities:** ● Verify customer orders to ensure accuracy of information and proper application of the logistics process. ● Communicate with departments involved in the verification and shipping process, especially when identifying discrepancies in information. ● Issue electronic shipping invoices and electronic service invoices. ● Generate postal labels, air freight waybills, and other transportation-related documents. ● Enter orders into the system. ● Provide support to other administrative departments. Requirements **Main eligibility requirements:** * High school diploma completed. * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields. **Active knowledge:** * Ability to work with targets/goals. * Capacity to collaborate across all company departments. * Strong organizational and focus skills. * Attention to detail. * Proficiency in Office Suite and Google tools. * Familiarity with fiscal invoice issuance systems.
