Come be part of the future of self-service, at a global company full of opportunities! **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure continuous visibility into the service environment, proactively identifying and resolving issues. * Design, implement, and optimize infrastructure to ensure high scalability and resilience of applications, meeting performance and demand requirements. * Manage cloud security tools to ensure compliance with security and access policies, implementing measures to protect systems and data. * Develop and manage monitoring tools to assess infrastructure and application health, providing data and insights for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure availability of resources required for large-scale application development, optimizing development and production environments. * Lead container orchestration using Kubernetes, ensuring application scalability and smooth operations. * Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure all developed systems are fault-tolerant, implementing recovery strategies and redundancy. * Contribute to application architecture definition, providing technical guidance to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with DevOps practices. * Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management processes, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency across environments. * Promote DevOps culture by facilitating cross-team collaboration, encouraging adoption of DevOps practices, and sharing knowledge about best practices. * Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward continuous learning, staying up to date with the latest DevOps-related trends and technologies. **What We Offer?** * Meal/food allowance on Flash card: BRL 1,078.00/month * Commuter Pass or Mobility Allowance on Flash card (without the 6% deduction) * Remote Work Allowance * Sul América Health & Dental Plan — no monthly fee, no co-payment, private room accommodation, nationwide coverage * Childcare Allowance * Discounts at higher education institutions and language schools * Recognition platform with gift vouchers * Employee Referral Program * Life Insurance * Wellhub * Birthday Gift Requirements: **Requirements** * Conversational English (reports will be in English); * Experience managing and monitoring AWS services (e.g., S3, Route53, RDS, EC2, EKS) * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and container orchestration (Kubernetes) * Knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, AlertManager) * Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) * Familiarity with and prior usage of Git **Preferred:** * Experience with Ruby on Rails; * Experience with Java; * Experience with Scrum methodology; * Kubernetes knowledge.
