Here are the experiences and skills you need to accelerate and transform with us: **Responsibilities and duties*** Develop and evolve Java/Spring Boot microservices that compose the platform's ecosystem * Design messaging flows using GCP Pub/Sub for asynchronous event processing * Ensure data integrity and audit change history (JaVers \+ MongoDB) * Collaborate on defining API contracts and integrations via OpenFeign * Write reliable tests using Testcontainers and ensure coverage of critical scenarios * Develop and maintain the platform's front-end in React \+ TypeScript, integrating with the ecosystem's APIs * Maintain and evolve Kubernetes manifests and CI/CD pipelines * Actively participate in architecture discussions and code reviews **Profile we seek** * Thinks in terms of separation of concerns — knows where each logic belongs and resists shortcuts that scatter intelligence across the system * Takes ownership of deliverables — doesn’t just open the PR but follows through to deployment * Clearly communicates trade-offs without evangelizing any particular tech stack * Comfortable working with distributed systems involving multiple event consumers * Proactive mindset: shows interest in contributing and learning, unafraid to make mistakes. **Requirements and qualifications*** Java 21 with Spring Boot 3\.x (web, security, validation, data) * MongoDB — document modeling, queries, indexes * Experience with event-driven architecture (asynchronous messaging) * OAuth2 / Resource Server (token-based authentication) * Testing with Testcontainers and JUnit 5 * Docker and Docker Compose — building images and local orchestration * Kubernetes — reading and maintaining manifests (Deployment, ConfigMap, Service, Namespace) * CI/CD with Azure Pipelines — understanding of build flow, image push, and environment-specific deployment * React 19 \+ TypeScript with Vite * TanStack Query for server-state management * Zustand for global state * React Hook Form \+ Zod for form validation * Azure MSAL for browser authentication \- Testing with Vitest \+ Testing Library **Additional information** **Here, we are human, we are digital, we are Verity!** Everything we do is grounded in our 8 POWER PRINCIPLES: * Love technology; * Take on major responsibilities; * Cultivate trust-based relationships through transparency; * Pay attention and be guided by customer needs and experience; * Tackle challenges in an agile manner; * Collaborate across people and teams; * Encourage conscious autonomy; * Achieve results consciously.
