As a Junior Procurement Analyst, what will your challenges be? * Support procurement processes by proactively managing the respective portfolio, defining category strategies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with all applicable stages, regulations, and rules. * Acquire goods/services while safeguarding the company's interests, minimizing exposure to risks, optimizing cost-effectiveness, delivery performance, payment terms, and process compliance. * Promote commercial competition for spot purchases and contracts. * Collaborate with internal clients to align requirements and develop new products/services. * Stay attentive and up-to-date on segment opportunities, monitoring market movements and trends that can be incorporated into procurement activities. * Propose and implement business improvements such as cost reduction, lead time optimization, and process enhancement. * Develop technical analyses to support procurement scenario planning and decision-making (internal analysis, process flow mapping, market research, cost analysis). * Identify opportunities (new solutions, suppliers, etc.), contributing to continuous process improvement and serving as the primary contact for support. **Benefits:** To be determined **Required Qualifications:** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Availability to work 100% on-site. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in procurement. * Knowledge of SAP and ServiceNow (a plus). **About the Company:** Founded in 1956 with the goal of promoting inclusion and social development, Fundação Bradesco provides free, high-quality education to thousands of people.
