Then join us and **CO-CREATE** as our Information Technology Coordinator! **Your day-to-day challenges will include:** * Leading the technical team in complex Telecom Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D) projects targeting the 6th Generation of Mobile Networks (6G), ensuring high-quality delivery of scalable AI solutions for intelligent automation (AIOps) and resilient infrastructures (OpenRAN/OpenStack); * Acting as a technical mentor and people manager, providing career development support, conducting continuous feedback sessions, and structuring Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to ensure the team advances in competencies related to Edge Computing, Cloud, and Next-Generation Networks. **We are looking for someone with:** * Solid experience in distributed systems (Edge Computing), private infrastructure (OpenStack), and public cloud platforms (AWS and GCP); * Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible), automation languages (Python), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/K8s); * Advanced knowledge of NFV (Network Function Virtualization) and SDN (Software-Defined Networking), integrating multi-vendor solutions; * Experience with modern monitoring stacks (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK); * Interest or knowledge in AI applied to infrastructure and high-performance hardware (GPUs/TPUs); * Intermediate/Advanced English for reading and writing technical documentation and tracking global trends; * Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate degree preferred in related fields; * Availability for hybrid work in Campinas. **It would be a plus if you have:** * Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP); * Postgraduate studies or specialized courses in Cloud Computing, 6G, or Artificial Intelligence; * Active participation in scientific communities, technical forums, or relevant events in the Telecom and Innovation sectors. **What CPQD offers:** * Daycare or babysitter allowance; * Unimed health insurance; * Uniodonto dental insurance; * Vidalink pharmaceutical allowance; * Meal/food voucher; * Life insurance; * Pet health plan; * Vacation bonus above market standards; * Private pension plan; * WellHub; * Commuter bus service; * Free parking; * Payroll-deducted loans; * Birthday day off; * Holiday bridging days; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave; * Postgraduate support program; * Partnerships and agreements: facilitating access to healthcare, leisure, culture, and education options; * Internal programs: focused on development and well-being.
