Maxion is seeking an IT Applications Supervisor to lead a team of analysts and support strategic corporate solutions projects. **Responsibilities** * Lead application analysts and conduct complex analyses alongside business areas. * Translate business needs into system requirements and define solution scope. * Work in partnership with Infrastructure, Operations, vendors, and global IT teams. * Ensure governance, quality, testing execution, and system improvements. * Engage users, support change management, and optimize processes. * Drive initiatives involving ERP, PLM, and other corporate applications. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. * 5\+ years of experience as a systems/functional analyst. * Experience with ERP, PLM, process definition, and integrated solutions. * Experience in project management, governance, testing, and change management. * Preferred: SAP S/4Hana, ITIL, Agile, SharePoint, Visio, Project. * English is essential; Spanish is a plus. * Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage. **Benefits** PRO • Welhub • Medical and dental plan • Pharmacy card • Home office • On\-site meals Join us and become part of our global success story! **Equal Opportunity Statement** Iochpe\-Maxion maintains a written and widely distributed policy on equal employment opportunity.
